I changed my diet completely. Cut off of soda/fast foods/anything fried. And anything white, such as rice/bread, I replaced it with whole wheat. I went from having one complete meal a day to eating every two hours to boost up my metabolism. I do cardio for at least 1/2 hour but, the biggest thing is I stopped drinking alcohol every night.
